Hey all,
Today I am reviewing a face mask from
Organic Surge. What lured me into buying this mask was my previous awesome
experience with this brand and also the ingredients of this product. Read on
further to know was my decision right or not?
About the company: Organic Surge loves your
skin, lavishing it with naturally-derived, intensely nourishing ingredients and
deliciously fragrant organic essential oils. Just like your skin, Organic Surge
products are 100% free of harsh chemicals – no parabens, sodium lauryl
sulphate, no artificial fragrances or colorants and no genetically modified
ingredients. And the very soul of Organic Surge lies in its charitable
donations and hands-on work spanning many years.

My Experience with Organic Surge First
Class Mask
Packaging: The mask comes in a opaque
bottle with the snooze nozzle for dispensing the product.
Colour, Consistency & Fragrance: The
mask has a medium consistency. It is white in color and smells heavenly of mix
of rosemary and lemon essential oils.
How it works: Organic Surge products are
made in the UK. This face mask is like a cream. You just have to apply a layer
and as per instruction wait for 5 minutes and then wash off. It does not dries
off. I usually sit with it for 15 minutes (as is the norm with other masks).
The product is too costly for a face mask and seriously not that much worth it
also. Less amount is required per usage as it spreads very easily. I have tried
it daily for about a month. A subtle glow can be noticed post usage but nothing
that lasts too long. I am really not sure about the healing properties of this
mask for acne or blemishes but I think it will work good on dry skin. The
bottle is not travel friendly as the upper nob presses easily and can cause
leakage in the purse.
PROS of Organic Surge First Class Mask:
- Aromatic ingredients
- Did not dry out my skin or give dry patches
- Did not break me out
- Spreads easily, less is required per usage
- Hydrates the skin
CONS of Organic Surge First Class Mask:
- No extra-ordinary results
- Expensive
My Final Say: The product is quite
heavy on the pocket. I bought it just out of curiosity and did not find it to
be too good. Shall suggest others not to waste their bucks on this.
Would I Repurchase?: No
A great and very honest review Supriya. I have tried many of their products and completely agree that you notice a minor difference on using these, but no lasting results, plus the very high prices. I have the same experience with their skin polish, total waste of money and the only thing they ever had good, their shampoos, they reformulated :(
ReplyDeletethank u gagan :)
Deletehave they re-formulated the shampoos? how did u get to know. i was wondering that with my new bottle of OS shampoo as i noticed a difference in their consistency and effectiveness!
nice and honest review
ReplyDeletethnk u srinjla :)
