Hello All,
New year new beginnings! Hope all find what they want this year and may God bless you all with all the happiness in the world.
How have you been? After a long time, I am coming up with review of a hand cream which I am currently testing. This one is from The Nature's Company from their Foressence range.
Winters are finally on the onset in Mumbai and my hunt for a thick moisturising hand cream took a break at this sample tube, which I got as a part of TNC monthly box.
Price of Full Tube: INR 445 for 125ml
Key Ingredients: Kiwi extract, shea butter, kolum butter, olive oil, wheatgerm oil, apricot kernel oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E, coconut oil, grape seed oil, vegetable glycerin
My Experience with TNC Kiwi Hand & Nail Cream
I have extremely dry skin on hands and around nails. It tends to get rough and whitish even in so-called mild winters in Mumbai compared to the rest of the country. That is the reason, a good quality moisturising cream for my hands is of utmost importance. I got this Kiwi Hand & Nail Cream in my monthly subscription box.
This hand cream smells deliciously of kiwis with a hint of vanilla. It is white in color with a tick texture, not at all runny. It has the goodness of Shea butter and various other oils. I feel upon application, it forms a film sorts on the skin and gives a radiant glow. Instant softness is felt upon application. The reason I feel that a thin protective layer is formed on the skin upon application is that it gets washed off with water easily. I mean the effect of the cream cannot be felt after washing your hands.
However, if not washed, the effect lasts a good 3-4 hours after which a need of re-application is felt. The cream does not repair the damaged dry skin, it just moisturises and impart a radiant glow to it. This is what most of the creams available in the market do and I also feel that claims of 24 hour moisturising are fake.
My Final Take on TNC Kiwi Hand & Nail Cream
This is a good hand-bag product since the packaging is sturdy and can be easily carried along. I am in love with the fragrance of the cream and would definitely buy the full size tube. This is recommended for mild winters but for more winter woes, search for a heavy duty, skin absorbing cream is still on!
would skip it for winters :) nice handcream for summers :)
