My Shopping Experience with Jabong.com

As I told you I have been regularly shopping with Jabong. This time around I was looking for a particular shade of Green dupatta and bottom to match with one of my anarkalis. I was not interested in regular leggings and instead wanted a cotton one. And believe me when I say that, that I was unable to find it in nearby malls. Also did not want to go through the hassle of buying the cloth and getting it stitched. I searched jabong and voila, the color of the bottom that I wanted was there from a brand called "Neels" along with matching dupatta. Also there were multiple colors that I was eyeing before. I quickly ordered the same.

I received the order confirmation email and sms. However, after two days, I got an email from Team Jabong that they are in the process of procuring the product from the vendor. I really liked the gesture and the promptness with which it was done, otherwise I have seen that it is the customer only who follows up with the customer care team for updates. The next day, I again received an email saying that my order has been packed and shipped and shall be delivered shortly. Then after 4 days I got my parcel in my hand, but this delay I would like to discount to the fact there was a long weekend in between and the address given for delivery was my office address. The delivery boy did call up but could not deliver as I was not there in office.

So to sum up, the time taken from ordering of the product till the final delivery was 6 days (after discounting all holidays in between), which I think is pretty reasonable given the fact, the product had to be procured and was not readily available.

Now coming to the packaging and quality. It was neatly packed in typically jabong style and the color (which was my main concern) was the same that I had expected. The quality of the product was very nice and I am all in satisfied with the service that Jabong has once again provided.
