Soulflower Baby Your Skin Soap

Hello beauties,

I am here with a review of another soulflower soap bar - Baby Your Skin. You can check the two soap bars that I bought here.

Price: Rs. 200/- for 150gm

Ingredients: Fresh papaya & cucumber, thai white clay, yogurt, vitamin E, glycerin, aqua, permitted edible color & aroma, saponified oils of olive, coconut, castor, palm & palm kernel

My Experience with Baby Your Skin: Soulflower soaps have always intrigued me and when this one claimed to make my skin baby soft, I grabbed it with both hands without giving a second thought. Well, who wouldn't want their skin that ways. The list of ingredients is already exotic and needs no questioning. With the goodness of fresh papaya, cucumber, yogurt, white clay, this soap cleanses my skin very well and lathers well. Its brown in color with cream color inside, just like milk chocolate inside dark chocolate. It smells to me of chocolates and cocoa but none of these are in the ingredient list. So I am confused!!...

The soap is quite big, so you need to cut it into pieces to use them one by one and to avoid wastage of product. Now coming to the claim of making skin as soft as that of a baby. Well........ I dint notice that difference or may be my skin is too rough as that of a crocodile to experience any change!! Not really, though. I will say that the soap completely falters on its claim of baby soft skin. Nonetheless, I just adore this soap for its aroma and the exotic natural ingredients. The aroma lingers on for some time after bath too.

I may or may not buy this soap again as I want to try all other Soulflowr soaps as well.

  5. Hey Supriya, thanks for changing the comments option back to earlier. I was not able to comment on a few of your recent posts because commenting was allowed only for Google+ users and I am not on G+. I completely agree that the name of the soap is misleading, nonetheless it does treat skin infections on the face.
