About Bajaj Nomarks Exfoliating Scrub With Walnut & Apricot

My Experience with Bajaj Nomarks Exfoliating Scrub With Walnut & Apricot

The scrub is very creamy and glides smoothly on the face. I simply loved using this scrub on my skin. One may feel that the presence of walnut shell powder and apricot kernel may make the scrub harsh but this is not the case. It gives just the right amount of exfoliation to the skin and does not dry it. The skin feels fresh and thoroughly cleansed. The product claims of removing dead skin cells and hidden impurities can be said to be true. However, I cannot verify the claims of removing blackheads and hyperpigmentation.

One thing to be noticed in this scrub is its fragrance. The scrub deliciously smells of fresh apricots and the smell lingers on for some time.

If you see the list of ingredients, you will not be able to ignore the long list, specially the mention of so many chemical stuff in it. Which brand does not use chemicals in their products. If they say, they don't, they are lying. Chemicals in the form of preservatives and foaming agents are commonly used in all products. The only issue is with the ones that harm our skin.

The product has many comedogenic ingredients such as paraffinum liquidum, laureth 23 to name a few. However, the scrub has not broken me out nor has it caused any redness to the skin. But I am not sure that it will be harmless to others so care is recommended before trying this one out.

PS: This was provided to me by the company as a PR sample for review but the product has been adequately tested by me before the review and I have expressed my honest opinion.

  2. Very nice and honest review Supriya. Not many bloggers have the guts to say the truth about a product especially when it is a PR sample. Appreciate the details you have covered and thanks for introducing this brand.

    1. U have always been very appreciative Gagan.. thanks for the support and yes bringing out the truth is a blogger's responsibility, I feel. This is for what people search the blogs to get honest and correct feedback on a product before buying. So why cheat them and ourselves.
