Resilent

By Anshika Verma

“Let every hindrance to joy become the soil out of which joy blossoms.”
Elizabeth George

The students were sleeping, some murmuring. The class was mostly silent. It was quarter to two. Most of them were anticipating for the bell to ring.

The teacher said loudly, "Kids, you know I like to end the day with a small activity. So, pay attention for a few minutes."

"Yes", replied students, some yawning while waking up. The day has been tiring for them.Mid-semester will commence soon and with a low performance in the mock there was a lot of pressure.

The teacher asked, "You all are having a hard time, right?"

The students looked up with an affirmative face. The teacher seemed to understand them.

She continued,  "Without being shuddered, where is the flower that blooms? In this world, even the most beautiful flower blooms because it shook up. The stem becomes straight and strong in the process.

In the summer the aureate sun didn't forget to be intense. When the monsoon came, rains tippled down relentlessly.

The blustery wind was no less graceful.

However, instead of falling apart, it grew stronger. And when the spring came it smiled with the most incandescent colours.
Without being shuddered, where is the life that’s plausible? A flower without getting rained on, where is it? In this world, even the most beautiful flower, has been rained on and rained on and blossomed. Getting wet from rain and wind the flower blooms warmly.

A life without getting rained on, where is it?”

The bell rang as the clock struck two.

"Therefore, rest well today, it has been tiring right.”
